First time with Apple and bit desperate- unable access to my IPAD
Hi all,
My brother made a factory reset to his new IPAD. We tried to log in and complete the first setup but it seems that we typed the wrong password, for some reason even when typing the new, correct password we can't access the IPAD anymore.
I called Apple and they asked me to show them the bill to proof that we are the owner.I have been told that I can upload it to the personal area...but I can find it at all!

If someone has any idea how to help it will be great- i feel a bit stuck
