Will I get the AppleCare+ refund?

I have bought an iPad along with AppleCare+ (Automatically registered with the Apple hardware) last week from Apple website in Germany, but a day after I got it, I sent it back without even switching it on! Now, They have refunded the iPad price but not the AppleCare+ (which costs 99 €)! Will I get AppleCare+ Refund as well?
