Updates deleted everything on iPhones 5s and ITunes! How to get data back?

While my iPhone 5s was connected to ITunes on a Windows computer it updated to the new iOS version and to the new iTunes version.

Then there was an error and afterwards the iPhone and iTunes was blank and everything was gone. I checked if there is an oder version of my iTunes backup, but it only shows the recent one (the backup with no apps, music, notes...).

Is there a change all my data is still somewhere saved?

Please help!
