Is it possible to only use the F5 and F6 Keys as standard function keys?

I don't really want to press the fn key, every time i have to use a god damn program function.

Now I could just activate the "Use f1-f12 as standard function keys", right?!

But then i would have to press the fn key every time I would want to change the volume or the brightness or WHATEVER!

All I want, is to only use the f5 and f6 keys to do standard function things.

All because of these keyboard backlights... 😠
