My mobil phone-number is constantly busy, without making any calls.
- When someone calls my number, he is getting the answer: "The number you called is not available currently."
- I can check this on my own, calling my mobil with my home advice.
- Mobil laying next to me, without doing anything.
Would be really happy for a solution. Thanks in advance.
PS: Should this be solved contacting my phone provider?

Did you already try to force restart the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data, but this can cure some glitches.
Trying got reset the network settings in Settings/General/Reset would be another suggestion.
If this does not work, setting it back to factory settings would be the next step after that:
