Seit High Sierra crash im Ruhezustand iMac 4k SSD

Hallo,

seit ich auf meinem iMac 4k (256SSD) High Sierra habe, crasht dieser alle paar Tage mitten in der Nacht während des Ruhezustandes.

Habe nun sogar den Mac nochmal neu aufgesetzt, Problem weiterhin.

Noch jemand mit dem Problem?

Hallo noprouser,

wenn es zu solchen Vorfällen kommt, ist die Reparaturinstallation bereits ein vernünftiger Schritt. Danke für die gemachte Mühe. Bitte versuche auch das folgende und prüfe nach jedem Schritt, ob das Problem noch besteht.

Mache einen SMC-Reset, um die Energiesteuerung zurückzusetzen. Den System Management Controller (SMC) auf dem Mac zurücksetzen
Überprüfe, dass dein Mac auf dem neusten Stand ist, da es bereits ein Update für High Sierra gab. Software auf dem Mac aktualisieren
Führe einen NVRAM-Reset durch, um die Startparameter zurückzusetzen. NVRAM auf dem Mac zurücksetzen
Starte deinen Mac im gesicherten Modus, um Softwarekonflikte zu verhindern. Im gesicherten Modus Probleme mit dem Mac eingrenzen
Prüfe, ob das Problem auch mit einem anderen Benutzeraccount passiert. Testen eines Problems mit einem anderen Benutzeraccount auf dem Mac

Hallo,

habe alle Schritte durchgeführt, KEINE BESSERUNG. Sporadischer Absturz mitten im Ruhezustand.

Dies scheint vor allem immer dann aufzutreten wenn er noch einige Stunden zuvor genutzt wurde.

Gibt das Log einen Hinweis?:

Hoffe echt das das ein HighSierra Bug ist der mit dem nächsten Update gelöst wird.

danke für deine Nachricht und schade, dass es sich bisher nicht gelöst hat.

Es wäre wohl am besten, wenn du den AppleCare Support kontaktierst für weitere Unterstützung mit diesem Problem. Erreichbar per Telefon und im Chat.

Hallo, ich bin neu hier im Forum und habe das gleiche Problem. Crash im Ruhezustand. Auch ich habe schon alle möglichen Schritte unternommen, die in anderen Artikeln empfohlen wurden, kein Ergebnis. Ich bin inzwischen bei High Sierra 10.13.4. Gibt es denn Neuigkeiten in der Sache, hat jemand das Problem gelöst?

Zusätzlich wird seit einiger Zeit mein Audio-Interface (Focusrite Saffire Pro 14 FireWire) nicht mehr erkannt. Erst eine Neuinstallation der Software bringt es wieder "zurück".

Hat jemand eine Idee?
