Is my camera autofocus or iOS broken?

My IPhone 6S Plus camera is since the first IOS 11 build out of focus. I have to switch do video mode every time to get something into focus and then switch again to photo, to take the photo. That’s also annoying. But now when it’s dark and I started the camera, it maked very loud sound and rattled. I took a video where it makes in a steady holding position light lines out of dots while shackling then too. You can here the loud sound on the video. Is it because it finds no focus or the ois is trying to stabilize to nothing what it can see? Also it makes some notices if I shake he phone and then hold steady in the dark.
