iMac auf einmal sehr langsam
Hallo,
zum wiederholten Mal ist unser iMac extrem langsam geworden, so dass ein produktive Arbeiten kaum möglich wurde (Mausklick greift erst nach 1-3 Sekunden, Schreiben auf der Tastatur lässt Buchstaben erst verzögert anzeigen, Videos laufen sehr ruckelig (wobei Ton sauber zu hören ist)...).
Unserer Einschätzung nach, ist es beide Male passiert, als wir, einmal ein Foto, dieses Mal ein Video in eine Präsentationssoftware namens ProPresenter geladen haben. Nachdem aber selbst das Schließen des Programms, als auch ein Neustart nichts gebracht haben, haben wir versucht dem PRAM/NVRAM nach Anleitung zurück zu setzen. Beim ersten Mal scheint das geholfen zu haben, beim zweiten Mal hat es nicht gebracht. Wir sind ratlos...
Auf dem Mac ist kaum Drittanbietersoftware installiert. Neben dem besagten ProPresenter (https://renewedvision.com/) noch Onedrive und die Office 365 Suite, sowie Da Vinci von Blackmagic und Spotify.
Wie bekommen wir den iMac auf seine alte Leistung zurück? Liegt es wirklich an dem Programm; bzw. könnten andere Dinge dafür sprechen? Habt ihr ähnliches erlebt?
