I want to import over 6000 .eml mails to Apple Mail. During this import I got an folder "imported" with Apple Mail with over 6000 sub-folders.
Is there a chance to import all the emails to one folder?

ok, i found a solution.
I imported the mails to thunderbird. After that I exported the thunderbird mail. Apple mail was abele to read the thunderbird mailbox and imported the mails in a right way.
