macOS Mojave and iWork '09 – Serienbriefe

Pages '09 does not work with Mojave.

I reinstalled iWork it from the original DVD and ran iWork_9.3_Update. This did not help.

As I read in other community questions/answers, this problem is well known.

I could live with the new Numbers or Keynote Apps, but not without Pages '09.

This Program was very user friendly and in particular, an easy scheme produced serial letters (Serienbriefe, with a master Pages document and a Numbers adress databank.

I am familiar with microsoft office Word and Excel, which allow for more complex procedures, but I have preferred iWork for quick and easy handling of my "Serienbriefe".

To bad! Is there any hope for a such a pages update? Newer versions at least allow now for double page layout – a real must. Otherweise Pages was a useless app – and became useless for me.

I would be willing to pay for a new iWork!
