My Wifi download speed is 0 when I have activated Bluetooth what is absolutely inacceptable. I can‘t open a website during writing notes in for example the split screen mode. Please fix that, it is a huge problem and if not a will have to return my device...

this topic is related to your bluetooth device and your wifi router.
It is a known issue, that there is interference between bluetooth and older wifi protocols.
iPad can't do anything about that.
What Bluetooth device and what wifi router are you using?
