However, unlike the simplicity christine33's post seemed to suggest, these services are not available in every country or at every Apple Store in countries that do offer this. It is quite possible a sales person would not know about this and it is good to know in advance so you can inform them that they can provide this service. However, you would have been better off not asking this on the German support site because often residents of a country are the last ones to know specifics about tourist services of this kind because they are not tourists in their country!
