iCloud ist das meines Erachtens egal. Das Problem wäre eher, eine amerikanische Zahlungsmethode zu besitzen (in Deutschland Guthaben zu erwerben und einzulösen ginge nicht mehr) und einen amerikanischen Wohnsitz, was übrigens auch Grundvoraussetzung für die Nutzung der Apple Card ist, da man dafür ja in Amerika ein Bankkonto eröffnen muss.

Wie gesagt, Apple Card kannst Du nur als Amerikaner nutzen, da genügt es nicht, nur einen US Account zu haben.

1. subscriptions cost/currency will differ
2. apps cost will differ for each country
3. you cant install country specific apps. not all apps. few apps still can install it
4. you might need to change subscriptions types associated with your apple id.

so it is up to you.

btw, why do you want to change it from one country to another country ? any specific reasons ? you just mentioned various reasons ? pl elaborate. you can still use cards for payment purposes.
