I wanted to delete all mails. So I emptied every folder, deleted my trash and spam folder, confirmed to permanently delete everything in the trash folder, etc. but my mail is still taking up 5 gb. Logged out, logged in synced my local mail app, checked the webmail... I run out of ideas. What can it be?
On your Macbook check settings - iCloud Storage - Admin. What is shown regarding mail? On my Macbook I see x GB. If I click on mail I get a hint how I can save storage.
On which device did you delete your iCloud mail? Did you check iCloud Mail on iCloud.com?
I checked it on my MacBook in the browser and in the mail app and on iOS in the mail app. No mails anywhere
iCloud mail is empty but takes up 5gb
