PDF Schnellaktion "Beim Ausführen der Aktion ist ein Problem aufgetreten"

Vielen Dank fürs Beantworten ONyourProject Eine Gegenfrage, warum nutzt du nicht den direkten Weg, dass für das Bildschirmfoto gleich ein PDF erstellt wird, sondern diesen Umweg ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Nutze den einmaligen Terminal Befehl:

defaults write com.apple.screencapture type pdf

Ansonsten schau Dir den Inhalt der Schnellaktion an, um den Fehler zu analysieren. Bei der Anzeige 5s dürfte / könnte es um Fehler in den Zugriffsrechten gehen, nicht belegbar / nicht valide 😉

gib einfach den o. g. Befehl im Terminalfenster ein, gib zunächst den Begriff Terminal in die Spotlight-Suche ein,

kopiere am Besten den Befehl um Tippfehler zu vermeiden, sodass in Zukunft jedes Bildschirmfoto als PDF gespeichert wird.

Gerne können wir die weiteren Punkte, Schritt für Schritt, auch noch bearbeiten, jetzt würde ich aber erst einmal wissen wollen, ob mein Tipp für Dich hilfreich war / ob es funktioniert hat❓

Hallo, ich habe eine Automator-Schnellaktion nach einer Youtube-Anleitung erstellt. So kann man aus dem Finder über eine Schnellaktion (echte Maustaste) mehrere pdfs zu 1 pdf kombinieren. Hier der Workflow: Start im Automator mit Neu / Schnellaktion. Die Datei liegt dann am Schluss bei mir mit kryptischem Namen im Download-Ordner. Dort benenne ich sie um.

Und mit diesem Workflow (Schnellaktion) kann man mehrere Bilder (bei mir .png-Format) zu 1pdf zusammenfügen. Diese pdfs landen bei mir dann im Ordner Bildschirmfotos.

Probiert es doch mal aus, ob es bei euch klappt. Meine Versuche waren positiv.

Sollte man das Betriebssystem vielleicht noch mal drüber insatllieren, um den Fehler zu beheben?

Ich hatte hier bei zwei Rechnern das gleiche Problem. Ein Chat mit dem Apple Support hat folgende Lösung erbracht. War bei beiden Rechnern erfolgreich.

Ich habe genau das gleiche Problem seit kurzem und erhalte "Beim Ausführen der Aktion ist ein Problem aufgetreten" wenn ich mittels Schnellaktion ein JPEG in ein PDF umwandeln möchte. Was kann man dagegen tun?

Hallo arlette44, hast du schon eine Lösung für dein Problem? Ich habe dasselbe Problem. Auch mit Automator-Programmen klappt es nicht. Habe das Problem erst sein ein paar Tagen.

Kann man evtl. ein Software Update zur Behebung des Problems machen? Oder auf eine Backup-Version zurückgreifen? Und wo findet sich di Datei dieser Schnellaktion?

ich habe auch das Problem mit dem Zusammenführen von pdfs. Und zwar habe ich das Problem, wenn ich Bildschirmfotos, die direkt in pdfs umgewandelt wurde, nun zusammen in 1 pdf zusammengefasst werden sollen:

„Der Vorgang konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Befehlszeilenprogramm gab Fehler 6 aus.: 6“

Wenn Text-pdfs zusammenfüge, klappt es. Ich nutze hierfür ein Automator-Programm:
