but you can only enter the community with a valid Apple ID! You didn't use this for your MB Air? If so, you will need to contact the Apple Support team to make an appointment at an Apple Service Provider's Genius Bar, where Apple experts will try to resolve your issue (proof of purchase/ownership required) 0800 6645 451, the number is free in Germany, Mon-Sun from 8am-8pm 🍎
