Volume of typing reversed
When typing the volume of my strokes is reversed
Meaning if I go on max volume it's really quiet and when I completely turn it off it's as loud as it can be

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone? You will not lose data, but this can cure some glitches.

If this does not help, try to reinstall iOS by setting the iPhone back to factory settings on your computer.

Set it up without using the backup first, to rule out a software issue.
If everything is back to normal, restore from the latest backup again.
