I recently received an Apple Gift Card intended for use in the United States. However, my Apple ID is registered in Germany, and I am unable to redeem the gift card due to regional restrictions.

First of all we are not a part of the Apple Support, we are a user to user community.

For returning the Gift Card you’ll need to contact the original seller and discuss the return there.
