Hello.


I'm sorry you're facing this issue – I understand how frustrating that must be.


If this is your new or pre-owned device, you'll need to contact Hugo Boss AG or the original seller directly. Only they can remove the iPhone from the Remote Management program, a process called "DEP removal" (Device Enrollment Program).


Unfortunately, Apple Support cannot remove this lock if the device is still registered to an organization. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that you’ll be able to sort it out soon.
