thanks for sharing your issue. From what I understand, the audio problem only happens in WhatsApp: voice messages play and record at a very low volume, even when you increase it, while other apps work normally.
In solchen Fällen liegt es meistens nicht am iPhone selbst, sondern an der App-Konfiguration oder einem temporären Softwareproblem innerhalb der App. You could first check if WhatsApp is updated to the latest version, because updates often fix these kinds of bugs. Außerdem kann es helfen, die App einmal komplett zu schließen oder neu zu installieren, um mögliche Einstellungs- oder Datenprobleme zu beheben. Good to know: WhatsApp uses separate audio settings that can override the system volume, which is why other apps may sound normal.
