Apple device refund glitch

I purchased an ipad not long ago from apple, specifically the ipad mini a17pro and since i didnt really like it i started a refund.

But something weird happened, 1h after I started the refund i still didnt get a label and a day later it said refund is being processed to your bank.

Now it says the product has arrived abd the refund has been issued.

The problem is, I still have the ipad and now i dont know what to do. Mind u they didnt send any label.
