Apps & Books (VPP) token appears to be used in multiple locations

Hello Apple Business Support Team,

we are using Apple Business Manager together with Cisco Meraki MDM to distribute apps via Apps & Books (VPP).

We are currently experiencing issues with app license assignment. According to Cisco Meraki support, our Apps & Books (VPP) token seems to still be in use in another location or MDM system, which is causing the sync problems.

We would like to ask for your help with the following:

• Can you please check whether our current Apps & Books token is being used in more than one place?
• If possible, can you let us know in which context it is still active (for example another ABM organization or location)?
• What would be the recommended way to deactivate or remove the token from the other location so it can be used exclusively with Cisco Meraki again?

If needed, we can provide additional details such as our organization ID, location, or token information.
