Question

After updating my MacBook Pro M1 to Tahoe 26.4, the system no longer recognizes my external 2.5" HDD.

Some information was unavailable during the internal lookup: (-69808)

Disk Utility cannot mount the drive.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
