External monitor disconnecting for a few Seconds every few minutes

Ive recently acquired a base macbook M4 and i am using it to power my desktop Setup, having one external Lg Ultrawide (2560x1080) connected. I keep having the issue that the connection is being lost for a few seconds every few minutes. Ive tested multiple cables, Hdmi adapters and even different monitors, which makes me believe the issue lies with the Macbook itself. With my old windows machines i never had this issue. If anyone knows a fix or has a similar issue id love to hear about it. Im running Mac Os Version 26.3.1 (a).
