For the past 2–3 weeks, several of our iOS users have been experiencing synchronization issues with Exchange contacts. Contacts intermittently disappear from their devices and then re-sync after some time. In some cases, the re-synchronization process is significantly delayed. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hallo fbatuns, vor einiger Zeit hatte ich auch mal Probleme mit Exchange. Geholfen hat, den Mail-Account zu entfernen und über Outlook neu anzulegen.
Dann könnte ein Serverproblem vorliegen - besonders, wenn es mehrere User gleichermassen betrifft. Wenn es sich um ein Unternehmen handelt, ist die dortige IT-Abteilung euer erster Ansprechpartner.

das Konto ist nicht via Outlook eingebunden, sondern über die native Mail App, bzw. Exchange Active Syns (EAS) Schnittstelle. Entfernen und Hinzufügen hat aber auch da nicht geholfen.
