Wrongly accepting the rejected refund
I purchased a call package for another number, but the first purchase did not work successfully. Since it was not working, I contacted support, and they advised me to buy the package again.
Following their instructions, I made a second purchase using Apple Pay. After a few hours, the second purchase became successful, but I noticed that I was charged twice for the same call package.
The first purchase did not work at the time, and I only made the second purchase because support told me to buy it again. Since both payments were deducted, I kindly request a refund for the extra charge.
I mistakely accepted the decision to not refund
