Hello, I need help with an unauthorized charge on my account.


I recently noticed a charge of €8.99 from APPLE.COM/BILL. I believe this happened because I accidentally entered my card details without fully understanding what I was agreeing to.


I did not intend to subscribe to any service, and I was not aware that I would be charged. Because of this, I would like to request the following:


1. Please cancel any active subscriptions linked to this charge immediately.

2. Please ensure that no further payments are taken from my account.

3. I would also like to request a refund for this transaction.
