No Internet Connection after sleep
Hello! I want to share a problem that occurs after an update to macOS Tahoe 26.4.1.
Here are the details of my setup and what I've observed:
- I do not use any custom DNS entries.
- I do not use a VPN; I rely entirely on standard DHCP settings.
- The Wi-Fi icon shows as connected, but there is no actual data flow.
What I have tried so far:
- Turning Wi-Fi off and back on.
- Forgetting and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network.
- The only temporary solution that works is completely restarting the Mac.
This is severely disrupting my workflow, as I have to restart my Mac and reopen all of my work apps every day. Has anyone else encountered this after the Tahoe update, or does anyone know of a permanent fix?
