Apple watch series 11 back glass cracked
I have been using Apple products for a long time, but this is the first time I have encountered a problem like this. I used the Apple Watch Series 5 from the moment it was released right up until the day I was gifted an Apple Watch Series 11—and until that very last day, I was extremely happy with the Series 5! It was a fantastic product: durable and consistently reliable. The new Apple Watch I received as a gift was also a joy to use at first, but my excitement soon turned to disappointment when I discovered that the back glass had cracked! This happened despite the fact that I never dropped or struck the watch; I used it exactly the same way I had used my Series 5—I didn't even take it into the water, even though it is water-resistant. In short, I treated it with the utmost care and caution. After searching online, I realized that I am far from the only person to have encountered this specific issue with this particular model. Ultimately, there is only one conclusion to be drawn: the quality of Apple's products has declined significantly over the years. This would not have been quite so upsetting to me had the watch not been a gift from someone very close to me. The Apple Watch Series 11 will be the last Apple watch I ever use; I will not be using this product line again.
