Dear Apple Support,
I am contacting you regarding an in-app purchase issue.
I previously had a game account on my iPhone, but that account was deleted. Afterward, I created a new game account and purchased a VIP subscription using the same Apple ID.
The payment was successfully processed, and I have proof of purchase. However, I did not receive any of the VIP benefits on my current account.
I am concerned that the purchase may have been linked to my old deleted game account instead of my new one. Could you please investigate this issue and advise me on how to restore or transfer the VIP purchase to my current account?
This has happened to me three times, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving the problem.
I can provide purchase receipts and any additional information you may need.
