Accept icloud terms and conditions for ipad 15.8.8
When i click on accept icloud terms and conditions on my ipad air version 2, running iOS version 15.8.8, the settings tab hangs.

Since 15.8.8 is the latest version available for the iPad Air 2, I’d restart the iPad and try again while connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network.
If Settings still freezes, force-restart the iPad, then return to Settings and accept the terms again. I wouldn’t sign out of iCloud or erase the iPad for this.

If it continues, contact Apple Support again and make clear that the iPad is already on 15.8.8 and Settings hangs rather than showing an error message.
