Epson XP-4200 Expression home Scanner kann nicht mehr gefunden werden. MacBook Tahoe 26.6.2
I have reinstalled the printer & scanner, it worked for a week, now it can't be found again. Any tip what to do? Thx.

Since reinstalling fixed it only temporarily, I’d first check whether macOS itself can still see the scanner.
Open Image Capture on the Mac and look for the XP-4200. If it appears there and scans normally, the scanner and network connection are okay and the problem is more likely with Epson Scan 2.
If it doesn’t appear in Image Capture either, make sure the Mac and XP-4200 are on the same Wi-Fi network, then restart the printer, router, and Mac before checking System Settings > Printers & Scanners again.
Epson currently lists the XP-4200 as compatible with macOS 26.x, so Tahoe itself shouldn’t make the model unsupported: Epson XP-4200 Support
