I need to set my Apple Account balance to zero.

You can’t manually set an Apple Account balance to zero.

If there’s enough credit left, you can spend it in the App Store or another Apple service. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single item, Apple says to contact Apple Support for help with the remaining credit. (Apple Support¹)

This is a user-to-user community, so nobody here can remove the balance from your account.

Verwenden kannst du dein restliches Guthaben entweder für einen Kauf oder für ein Abonnement. Reicht das dieses dafür nicht aus, wird zunächst dieses verwendet und der Restbetrag aus deiner hinterlegten Zahlungsmethode beglichen.
