Hello. I need help changing the country/region of my Apple Account from Germany to Kazakhstan.
I have a remaining Apple Account balance of €0.01. Because of this small remaining balance, I cannot change my country/region.
Could you please clear or remove the remaining €0.01 from my account so I can change my country/region to Kazakhstan?
I don’t need a refund. I just need the €0.01 balance to be cleared.

With only €0.01 left, you won’t be able to clear it yourself by buying something.
Apple specifically says that if your remaining store credit is less than the cost of a single item, you should contact Apple Support. They can help you deal with that small balance so you can proceed with the country/region change.
Also make sure you don’t have any active subscriptions, pending purchases, rentals, or Family Sharing restrictions, since those can also prevent the change.
