Hi, I have a 10 year old iMac, it has been working pretty well till now. Recently it began to get a bit slow and for the last 2 days all I can get is the white screen. I've been on YouTube and tried the suggestions there but all I get is the file with a question mark. Is this it? Have I lost everything? HELP!

If you iMac have 10 years it esay than you Hard Disk are dead, for this ypur iMac not recognize the system and appear folder with question mark.
