Suspicious file photography blocked motive of shutting down and not porender

Before shutting down my MacBook for failing the internet and delaying a lot to pass the antivirus with 2 viruses in the second lap I was leaving 1 virus and I blocked this file from the photo and another one that said wid32 system something like that of the registry of the virus there, the block would have to see why it does not start my MacBook and it remains with the Apple and the wheel turning gray screen I look for information and I keep looking for answers Thanks
