FaceTime and iMessage sign in
It has been the third day that I can not log in FaceTime and iMessage. I've tried all kind tips on internet to sign in FaceTime and iMessage but I haven't had any archive.
I've tried my password Apple ID on the main page of Apple and I have no any problem. My FaceTime and iMessage on iPhone are still working perfectly. I just don't know why I can't log in both on my Mac.
Every time I try to type my Apple ID password, I receive a message like
"An error occurred during activation. Please try again!"
Somebody had or has the same problem can give me a hand to solve this?
I´m using Macnook air 2017.
