Wifi disconnecting from iphone after ios 15.3.1

Since i ubdated my iphone to ios 15.3.1, my iphone is suddenly disconnecting from wifi networks and it doesnt allow me to turn the wifi back on, which then i have to reset network connection settings or turn off the phone, this is just a temporal fix because then the same thing happens again. What can i do to fix this?
