Itunes freezing up on certain songs

Hi, I recently got a new Macbook pro 2016 and I realized certain songs from my iTunes library seems to take much longer to start playing.

Whenever I play one of these songs the mouse goes on the spinning rainbow and the program freezes for 10-15 seconds before starting to play the song. The song plays normally and without problem after that.

Any idea how to fix this?
