non editable picture. Live photo removed. Low resolution images

My iphone removed the live function on 30 photos or more and these pictures are now non editable + they have been down sized at low resolution. These pictures look bad and I can't find any full resolution version while there was.

I did an album with them when they were still live photos and now they have been removed from this album. Also Google photo can't save them.

My iphone messing up with my pictures and I can't find why and how to fix it! Looks like I lost a really good shooting of vacation pictures.

If you want to write in french feel comfortable it's my first language. I just thought english would give me more answers.
