Sleep Wake Problems MacBook

hi.

my MacBook Pro retina 2014 doesn't wake up from sleep if I let it sleep for more than hour ,

I tried everything ,literally EVERYTHING I know or seen on the net

SMC-Pram-Clean install of High Sierra-disabling hibernation, standby,autopoweroff...

nothing works.

I used to have Yosemite everything worked great, but after installing high Sierra it worked great first but after 2 or 3 days I installed java and the next morning the problem started with a flashing folder with question mark after I waked it from sleep. its been 3 weeks now, i do nothing but trying to repair this MacBook,it drives me nutts,please can anyone help.

also I did a restore to Yosemite and the problem didn't occur I let it sleep from 3 hours and it didn't show a black screen or flashing folder. I want to do a downgrade to Sierra but I couldn't download it.

again please help I left all my work and study just to fix but I couldn't .
