My ipad air 2 wont charge after i did the lastest update mor connect to my computer

Since I did the lastest update on my ipad air 2 it doesn't charge properly and if it does very slow or sometime it's written on the screen not charging. I bought new charges and still the same problem. I reset the ipad and nothing has changed and I just tried to connect it to my computer which my computer told me no its not possible so I can't to a total back up on it ines either to reset the ipad completley.
