Logic pro x freeze track sync problem

Hello!

I am working on Logic Pro X 10.4.1 with the following configuration :

MacBook Pro 15" mid-2015

OS 10.13.4

Processor 2.5 GHz Core i7

16 Go of ram 1600 MHz DRR3

AMD Radeon R9 M370 2048 Mo

+ Intel Iris Pro 1536 Mo

Hard drive SSD 500 Go

I am actually experimenting some problem with freezed tracks. Depending on the projects, I get random delay added to tracks when freezed.

It does not happen when playing audio without freezing.

It does not happen when bouncing audio.

It does not depend on the number of plugins in the fx chain of a track. I tried with no fx track and the out of sync is obvious. To be sure I duplicated a track, freezed one and played both together. They are without a doubt out of sync from each other.

It is really annoying because I have to bounce tracks all the time and so, with an initial 30 tracks project, I end up with a lot more because instead of freezing most of these tracks, I have to bounce and deactivate afterwards.

I think this problem came with Sierra or High Sierra because I don't remember having had such problems with El Capitain.

Moreover, I just tried a clean install of my macbook (erase hard drive and install High Sierra with a bootable key) and the problem remain exactly the same.

I haven't seen a subject like this and I don't know what to do to deal with my problem.
