Kernel panic iMac

Bonjour,

j'ai depuis quelques jours des kernel panic aléatoires, écran gris ou noir (ou rayé bleu et noir !) dès le démarrage ou plus tard.

modèle iMac : iMac 12,2 27 pouces mid 2011 i7 3,7ghz SSD 256 HDD 1To 20Go RAM. OSX 10.13.4

Actions entreprises : Reset VRAM PRAM, vérification des disques en mode Recovery. Création 2ème compte utilisateur.. Nettoyage avec Onyx. Réinstallation simple os X High Sierra.

Bonjour David-O-Mac,

Eh bien, vous avez déjà fait pas mal de tests. J'avoue que les rapports ne me disent rien du tout, mais de ce que je peux voir dedans, en association avec les manipulations que vous avez déjà faites, il n'est pas impossible que le souci soit matériel.

J'ai quelques tests supplémentaires que vous pouvez faire, avant que l'on ne crie au loup :

Avec ça, on en saura un peu plus sur ce qu'il se passe vraiment. Tenez-moi au courant de comment ça se passe pour voir ce qu'il est possible de faire par la suite, si c'est nécessaire.

Bonjour,

Merci pour votre réponse.

Dans l'intervalle, j'avais fait le Hardware Test (court et long) qui ne révèle aucune anomalie et le Reset SMC, sans succès.

J'ai aussi changé clavier et souris, sans changement.

Seul le mode sans échec fonctionne, mais je n'arrive pas à isoler le problème. Je m'oriente donc vers une clean install après sauvegarde time machine et clonage des DD. (5 ans de cumul de mise à jour et beaucoup de logiciels installés-désintallés, ça ne fera pas de mal)

En espérant que le pb ne réapparaissent pas.

...après une clean install (formatage des disques, création du Fusion Drive, install à partir d'une clé bootable) et réinstallation des principaux logiciels que j'utilise, le système semblait beaucoup plus stable.. mais à nouveau un écran noir (sauf une ligne de pixel gris clair en haut) hier lors d'un copie de fichiers d'un disque dur externe vers le mac.

Dans la console, pas de Kernel Panic mais plusieurs Kernel gpurestart à suivre qui correspondent à la période de l'écran noir avant une extinction manuelle de l'iMac :

C'est uniquement lors du transfert du disque dur externe vers le Mac que l'écran noir est de nouveau arrivé ? Si oui, faites ce petit test : pendant plusieurs jours, n'utilisez pas votre disque dur externe, car c'est peut-être ce dernier qui est en train de causer ce souci. Même en fait, n'utilisez aucun disque dur externe.

Si au bout de quelques jours, vous voyez que le système reste stable, c'est que le souci vient sûrement de la connexion entre le(s) disque(s) externe(s) et le Mac. Reste alors à voir s'il s'agit d'un disque en particulier ou peut-être d'un port ou du Mac.
Essayez alors un transfert, mais d'un autre disque dur ou clé USB. Si tout va bien, refaites le test de transfert de fichiers avec le disque dur avec lequel le Mac a mal réagi.

Ça peut paraître un peu simple, et ce n'est pas ça qui va vraiment résoudre le souci, mais il ne faut jamais dire jamais, ça pourrait nous en dire beaucoup sur la situation. Et n'hésitez pas à me dire si le problème s'est représenté à d'autres moments.

Bonjour,

Merci pour votre reponse, mais même sans disque dur externe, le mac plantait.

Apres plusieurs essais et tests en tous genres, j’ai l’impression que c’est l’utilisation du logiciel little snitch qui posait problème. Depuis sa desinstallation, plus de plantage mais je reste méfiant...
