I forgot apple ID, its password and other info

Hello, this is very frustrating. But i forgot my apple ID and its password when i first created the account (this is a new unlinked account) because i didnt give it much importance (it was my first iphone and i didnt think that this apple ID stuff is important). But then i forgot my own iphone password ( i forget a lot) and so it got disabled. I took it to someone and we reset it but then i got welcomed with a sign in with your Apple ID and password which i forgot. Now i'm stuck with an expensive piece of metal. Please I need a way to get my phone back, i can't really afford to get a new one. I tried looking for the ways to get my apple ID back, but i forgot all related infos (security questions and e-mail). I know this sounds shady (from what i heard in other forums) but please u can contact the e-mail linked to my iphone and u'll get nothing because i dont have access to it (forgot it).
