Question : Apple ID Disabled

Hi, my Apple ID has been disabled and I have restored my iPAD but still get same message. My Apple account is not blocked as I have been able to verify via Apple.com. Can you advise what I need to do to solve this problem? Thanks

if your account is disabled and you signed in without an issue on appleid.apple.com then you should contact iTunes support :
