Bonjour, j'ai la version MacOs Mojave, mais mon conjointe qui a un ordinateur beaucoup plus vieux a pu avoir la nouvelle version MacOs Catalina. Savez-vous pourquoi ne peux avoir cette nouvelle version ?

C'est toi qui a créé des profils?
Quand tu vas dans les préférences systèmes, vois-tu une icône "Profils"
Si tu cliques dessus, que s'affiche-t-il?
Non le lien que je vous avais mis reste actif dans un délai limité. Ouvrez une fenêtre Terminal et saisissez ou copiez/collez cette commande, softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 10.15, et exécutez la. Ça téléchargera la dernière version de MacOS Catalina dans le dossier applications.

Donc tu peux télécharger Catalina sur le Mac de ton conjoint, puis quand l'installation se lancera, tu la stoppes (cmd+alt+esc).
Ensuite tu copies l'installateur : Installer macOS Catalina que tu vas trouver dans le répertoire Applications et tu le mets dans ce même répertoire sur ton Mac.
Je te conseille fortement de faire une sauvegarde Time Machine ou autre de ton Mac avant de lancer la mlise à jour.
Si tu demandes maintenant l'installation Catalina via AppStore, ça dit quoi?

C'est inutile, l'option –fetch-full-installer n'est disponible qu'avec Catalina. 😊
Attention avec les liens de téléchargement.
Il n'y a aucune raison que celui de l'AppStore ne fonctionne pas.
C'est signe d'un problème sur le Mac.
De toutes façons tu peux récupérer Catalina sur le Mac de ton conjoint et le copier sur le tien.
Mais j'insiste tu as un souci avec ce profil.
Commence par mettre cela d'aplomb.

Donc tu déverrouilles le cadenas, tu ouvres cette icône et tu supprimes tout ce qu'il y a à l'intérieur.
Puis elle devrait disparaitre.
Ensuite tu redémarres le Mac, tu exécutes Malwarebytes et tu dis s'iltrouve qq chose.
j'ai supprimé à l'intérieur.... l'icône a disparu comme prévu. J'ai redémarré le mac, exécuté Malwarebytes et celui-ci n'a rien trouvé.... :-(
