Barre de menu et dock high Sierra / dock, menu and safari issues all of the sudden

bonjour, depuis hier, sans que je sache pourquoi, j'ai des problèmes étranges :

1). quand je clique sur les icônes spotlight, Siri, wifi, à droite, elles réagissent mais ne s'ouvrent pas

2) quand je clique sur une icône du dock, j'ai le menu application qui s'ouvre dans Finder, mais pour lancer l'application je dois ouvrir Launchpad avec le trackpad

3) dans safari, quand je clique sur un lien dans une page, il m'ouvre un nouvel onglet au lieu d'afficher directement la page ...

J'ai essayé la manip réparation dans l'utilitaire mais elle s'est arrêtée en cours de route, j'ai dû rebooter sauvagement

Que se passe t il ?

Since yesterday I face some strange issues, occurring all since yesterday :

1) when I click on spotlight / wifi / Siri, nothing happens

2) when I try to launch an app from the dock, I have the app folder in the finder and I need to go into the launchpad to launch my application

3) in safari, when I click on a link I have a new tab opening instead of opening directly the page asked

I tried to repair the disk, but the program stopped suddenly during the check and I had to switch off and back my iMac

does anyone have any clue for me ?
