Error inserting purchased Cd = '0x0' or 'HTTP Client Error' or 'No Error'

I am using an iMac 20 inch 2008 running El Capitan 10-11-6. When inserting a 3 part purchased Cd the first two do not connect to Gracenote so I have no track information, but the third does. If I use this Cd on an older iMac it works all 3 CD's perfectly. This has only happened recently but was perfect before.

A copied CD works perfectly. Any help would be very much appreciated.
