fps in Quicktime Screen Capture

Since a bit now Quicktime does its Capture Screen videos in 60fps, which leads to heavier videos. I'd like to go back to a 30fps recording if possible since I'm doing timelapses I really don't need that amount of fps.

I'd be grateful if you have a solution for that 😋
